The anticipated home builder confidence index rose

The anticipated home builder confidence index rose four points in January to 35. A modest dip in interest rates helped to end a string of 12 straight monthly declines in builder confidence levels.

Even though builders continue to struggle with higher construction costs, building material supply chain disruptions, as interest rates continue to drop there is a spark of hope that the market will begin to turn in the coming months.
