Most studies are completed within 5-7 business days of receiving all required documents and invoice payment. Complex projects may take up to 10 business days.
What if my project isn't feasible?
We’ll provide a detailed explanation of the obstacles and, when possible, suggest alternative approaches or modifications that could make the project work. While the fee is non-refundable, you’ll have valuable information to inform your next steps.
Do I need detailed plans to start?
No, rough sketches or a clear description of your proposed project is sufficient. We’re assessing feasibility at a high level, not creating detailed designs yet.
How is the $799 credited if I move forward?
If you contract with us for permit-ready construction drawings, the full $799 is subtracted from your plan set invoice. The credit is good for 90 days from date of the report.
