Interior Remodel: Pharrs Rd





Small Addition: D Street
The family needed more space and wanted to upgrade their kitchen and dining areas. Candid Design created a small addition plan to push out the back wall and accomplish their goals. We created the Foundation and Framing Plans as well. Our total fees for this project were ~$5,000. Construction costs were estimated to be ~$80k while the value of their home was expected to rise by ~$120k. This house is located in a neighborhood with homes having a $240-300 per square foot value.









ADU/DADU: Sugar Grove Rd
The homeowner wanted to create a rentable apartment while also adding a garage for them to use. The footprint and setbacks were complicated, but Candid Design was able to create exactly what they were looking to accomplish – a small apartment over a garage within the allowable footprint for their lot. Candid also saved them time and money by completing the structural framing and foundation plans. Our total fees for this project were ~$7000. Construction costs were estimated to be ~$120-160k while the value of their home was expected to rise by ~$210k. This house is located in a neighborhood with homes having a $275-340 per square foot value. The house is also located in an area with a solid short term rental market.
